This charge is for odor removal and deep cleaning. → Condition/Cleanliness of the house: Excessive mess, damage, or failure to follow basic cleanliness standards will result in a fine of $1,000 or more. This includes, but is not limited to, leaving trash scattered, food spills, damage to furniture or appliances, or any condition requiring excessive cleaning or repair beyond standard turnover. → Unregistered Guests: All guests must be registered under your Airbnb booking reservation. A fee of $50 per stay will apply for each unregistered guest. → Pets policy: Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. $149 charge per pet will be charged. This is for deep cleaning and to keep the house allergen free for future guests. → Any pet over 25 lbs has to be approved through the host.
